Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Estimated delivery times:
- Lilongwe (local): 1–2 business days
- Other regions in Malawi: 3–5 business days
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details where applicable.
